How does it work?
Simply send your unique referral link to a friend. Once they make their first purchase, they’ll receive a $20 coupon code, and you’ll also receive a $20 coupon code to thank you for introducing them to RFA Skincare. Coupon codes are sent to your email 24 hours after your friend makes her purchase.
What do I receive for referring a friend?
Once your referred friend completes their first purchase, you’ll receive an email after 24 hours with a $20 reward to apply toward your next purchase of $75 or more.
Does my coupon code expire?
Referral coupon codes expire after 30 days.
I cannot find my coupon code. Where can I find it?
When will my referral reward be issued?
Referral coupon codes are issued 24 hours after your friend’s order has been successfully processed. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your coupon code is available. Coupon codes expire after 30 days.
How does my friend redeem their reward?
Your friend simply shops through your personalized referral link. Their exclusive offer will be automatically applied at checkout.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
There is no limit. We welcome you to share RFA Skincare with as many friends as you’d like! Each successful referral is our opportunity to thank you again.
I did not receive my reward. What should I do?
A coupon code may not be generated if:
- The referral link was not used at the time of purchase
- The order was canceled or returned
- The referral is identified as a self-referral or duplicate
